Job Description

Reporting to the head of R&D and Engineering you will be responsible for:

Effectively a team of electrical and automation engineers to achieve project and organizational goals.Developing, implementing and continuously refining electrical and automation standards, protocols and procedures.Ensuring adherence to industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements across all projects and operations.Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards by managing timelines, resources, and cost controls.Providing expert technical guidance to the team and approve critical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and system designs.Driving innovation by staying updated with emerging technologies and industry advancements.Identifying and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize project disruptions.Promoting a culture of continuous improvement in engineering processes and solution

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Electrical and Automation Head' should have:

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.More than 15 years of experience in R&D/Engineering leading a team.
