Preferred Skills/Experience Senior ServiceNow developer with 5 to 7 yrs. of ServiceNow development experience. Should have excellent experience with building Custom Applications in ServiceNow. Sound knowledge and strong experience with Integrating ServiceNow with third party applications (REST, SOAP), Mid Server Experience with Web Service Integrations (SOAP / RESTful) in ServiceNow. Experience in Service Catalog development and Workflows. Experience working in Change, Incident, Service Requests, Problem, Demand Management. Hands own experience in import set; transform map Experience with CMDB/Asset Management preferred. Expertise with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Policies, etc. Experience with JavaScript, HTML and ServiceNow Glide API’s. ServiceNow certifications- CSA and developer preferred Excellent communication, client management skills, analytical skills and solutions architect mind-set Demonstrate a great attitude towards people, solutions, customers and work Should be able to present and interact with the stakeholders. Seeks out and accepts feedback, is a proactive learner, takes on tough assignments to improve skills, keeps knowledge and skills up to date, turns mistakes into learning opportunities Ability to work independently across time zones with global teams with limited supervisor support
