Job Description

Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager : Business Development - East Asia

Business Development: East Asia
Location: 6 months in HO (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar), then remote working.
Reporting to: BDM
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Qualification: DME / BE / ME

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Business Development (mainly international sales) for Metal Finishing Machines and Micro Finishing Applications for various Industries in East Asia ( specifically in Japan).
• To plan and carry out marketing and sales activities for International Business
• Develop and maintain a customer and prospect database for International Business
• Carry out market research on potential industrial applications for the company’s products
• Experience of selling industrial capital equipment to Japanese client
• Accountable for business operation in East Assia region (excluding China).
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Run marketing strategies for international market
• Participate in events such as exhibitions and conferences
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Skills Set required:
• Japanese language must
• Prior experience in the Industrial Equipment business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Good Business Analytical skills
