Job Description

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk effectively.Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental objectives.Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for decision-making.Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders and senior management.Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should have:

A professional qualification such as CAStrong knowledge of financial management within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Experience in handling compliance and audits effectively.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
