Hands-on tax experience across 25+ entities in a growing businessWork with Big 4 & leaders ; fast-track your learning and tax career growthAbout Our ClientThe employer is an organization operating within the Energy Infrastructure industry.Job DescriptionManage the tax function for over 25 SPVs and holding entities operating in the manufacturing sector.Coordinate with external consultants for the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns.Prepare and review TDS returns and, preferably, GST returns to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.Oversee the work of outsourced teams from Big 4 firms by providing direction and reviewing deliverables.Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and maintain documentation for audit and internal controls.Lead tax audits, transfer pricing audits, and handle notices and assessments from tax authorities in collaboration with consultants.Partner with cross-functional teams such as legal, finance, and operations, and provide regular updates to senior management.The Successful ApplicantQualification: Chartered Accountant with more than 2 years of post-qualification experience.Background: Preferred to have a corporate/industry background. Candidates from Advisories/Consultancies can also apply.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in corporate taxationSoft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and a high level of energy and learning agility.Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to deadlines and compliance standards.
