Roles & Responsibilities As a Technical L1 Support professional, you will be responsible for providing front-line technical assistance to customers and clients. Your primary duties will include: - Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues via email, phone, or chat. - Diagnosing and resolving basic technical problems related to products or services. - Documenting all support interactions and solutions for future reference. - Collaborating with other technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary. - Assisting customers in understanding and using the product or service effectively. - Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers at all times. Mandatory Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: - A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar technical support role. - Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. - Proficient in using support tools and software, such as ticketing systems and remote desktop applications. Preferred Skills or Education Requirements While not mandatory, the following skills and qualifications are preferred: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile platforms. - Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies. - Certifications in technical support or relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) will be a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
