Purpose of the role

General Mills is seeking an SAP Security Analyst I to work on a collaborative team and design processes and technical solutions to effectively operate the company's Identity and Access Management environment. In this position, you will help establish the logical and technical architecture, develop new process improvement solutions, and drive implementations. Solutions will focus on streamlining services and automating audit and control processes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The role will require functional expertise in our SAP environment and Audit Controls Primarily responsible for SAP entitlement, role modification, and design Prioritize work on Critical Business Assets including systems and data. Will contribute to the design and implementation of current and future environments. Knowledge of SAP IDM or other IAM Solutions, IAM integrations with SAP, GRC, SAP Fiori, and other systems/tools Experience in SAP security Partner with other IT Infrastructure teams to drive cross-functional projects and learner support models. Streamline daily monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of operational duties. Collaborate on internal and external auditing of SAP landscapes. Self-direct and contribute through cooperative team effort. Contribute both Operationally and Project support for SAP applications. Assist our dynamic operational teams globally in creating new operating procedures and efficiencies. Experience multi-tasking with many current priorities. Take direct from team members, results-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects/tasks. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education – Full-time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered) Working experience in configuring, and troubleshooting SAP Roles, SAP Business processes, and general networking skills Have a strong Security and Risk mitigation mindset. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with people at various levels (from end-user to project leads) and the ability to build client and team relationships. Proven ability to work with a cross-section of individuals, globally.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

SAP Certifications. Working experience on SAP S4 HANA, and Fiori Experience of SAP Implementation, Upgrades, and Rollouts
