SAP PI/PO AdministratorJob DescriptionOur client, a leading IT Technology & Services Management MNC, is seeking a skilled SAP PI/PO Administrator to join their team in Mumbai Powai. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring new system functionality, providing system maintenance and enhancements in SAP projects and other integration projects. They will ensure the delivery of maximum business value through the exploitation of SAP standard functionality and configuration objects to achieve the desired end result. The role requires strong technical expertise in SAP PIPO and SAP BTP Integration Suite, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and business support items.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and configure SAP PIPO and SAP BTP Integration Suite in maintenance activities and projectsEnsure delivery of maximum business value through the exploitation of SAP standard functionality and configuration objectsAct as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutionsAdhere to security and control, and change control processesDesign, develop and maintain the SAP Systems to meet support and/or project requirementsInterface with business and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into formal technical requirements and application codeWork with IT support teams to ensure support and project requirements are successfully implementedEnsure integration system activities meet all SLAsDevelop and execute unit test and integration plans/scripts to validate that application changes meet technical specificationsUndertake performance tuning activities for SAP integration activitiesProvide Solution Delivery Methodology artifacts associated with application componentsParticipate in technical reviews at appropriate stages of developmentTechnical SkillsSAP PIPO and SAP BTP Integration Suite AdministrationSAP PIPO and SAP BTP Integration Suite AuthorizationsSAP PIPO and SAP BTP Integration Suite Interface DevelopmentSAP PIPO and SAP BTP Integration Suite MonitoringMS Office, Jira and Azure DevOps KnowledgeVery good knowledge in written and spoken EnglishIT technical background and programming experienceExperience in all components of software delivery with concentration in requirements, design and developmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task effectivelyPrioritize Business Impact and UrgencyPerform application support tasks like systems support, security reviews, and maintenance tasksTesting experienceAbility to learn new technologies and methodologies quicklyEducation/QualificationA degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems or IT Consulting or equivalent3-9RequirementsTechnical:•SAP PIPO and SAP BTP Integration Suite Administration•SAP PIPO and SAP BTP Integration SuiteAuthorizations•SAP PIPO and SAP BTP Integration Suite Interface Development•SAP PIPO and SAP BTP Integration Suite Monitoring•MS Office, Jira and Azure DevOps Knowledge•Very good knowledge in written and spoken English•IT technical background & programming experience•Experience in all components of software delivery with concentration in requirements, design and development.•Quick starter to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support items•Strong analytical and problem solving skills•Ability to multi-task effectively•Prioritize Business Impact and Urgency•Perform application support tasks like: systems support, security reviews, & maintenance tasks•Testing experience•Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly​Education/QualificationA degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems or IT Consulting or equivalent or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience• 3 - 9 years of SAP modules such as SAP PIPO and SAP BTP Integration Suite•Significant experience of Service Management, Change and Release Management and Quality Management techniques gained through IT program / project delivery and in an IT support environment.•Experience of working within multi-location teams.
