As an lead Integration consultant, you will: • Work closely with the onshore integration Lead to deliver the committed integration work. • Lead and own the full lifecycle of CPI integration projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to build, testing, and deployment—primarily focused on SuccessFactors modules.• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring seamless operation of existing CPI integrations and rapid response to business-critical issues.• Collaborate with business and technical teams to map SuccessFactors ODATA APIs and deliver robust, scalable integrations with ECC, EC Payroll, ServiceNow, and third-party systems.• Manage security and compliance by handling certificate updates, key rotations, and ensuring all integrations meet enterprise standards.• Design and develop both standard and custom iFlows, leveraging your expertise in synchronous and asynchronous interfaces.• Participate in a support roster, proactively monitoring integration runs and driving continuous improvement in support processes.• Innovate and influence by designing new interfaces and integration patterns based on evolving business requirements.What will you bring?
