Qualifications Analytical Skills and Materials Science knowledge Expertise in Metallurgy and Corrosion testing Experience in Failure Analysis Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques Roles And Responsibilities Planning, determining, coordinating and controlling the processes concerning to quality. Planning and introducing efficient production methods to maximize company output. Responsible for Incoming heat treatment material testing like as case carburizing, nitriding, normalizing,annealing, hardening & tempering, induction hardening. Give first piece approval for induction hardening process.
