WelderWe are seeking a dedicated welder to contribute to the achievement of our company's objectives by maintaining machines that manufacture and repair metal structures, tools, and equipment. The ideal candidate will complete all welding and gas cutting tasks within specified timeframes while strictly adhering to safety procedures. In addition to welding responsibilities, the welder will be expected to perform fitting tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Embracing the company's vision and actively working on waste reduction are also key aspects of this role.Key Responsibilities:Complete welding and gas cutting tasks within specified timeframes while adhering to safety proceduresPerform fitting tasks assigned by the Maintenance SupervisorMaintain a clean and organized work area to hygiene standardsWeld materials using correct techniques and specialized machineryAssess welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errorsEnforce strict safety regulations and monitor machinery usage and temperatureWeld components in various positions and embrace the company's visionActively work on waste reduction and comply with company policies and proceduresSupport and promote the highest standards of hygiene at our company's GroupSalary Range: Rs 40,000 to Rs 55,000Key Technical Skills & Knowledge:Knowledge of various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, arc, and oxy-fuel weldingKnowledge of manual and mechanical welding techniquesAbility to carry out jobs independentlyEducation/Qualification:Any degree/diplomaExperience:A minimum of 5 years of experience as a welderSalary-50-55kRequirementsRequirements:Proven experience as a welderKnowledge of various welding techniquesAbility to work independentlyStrong commitment to safety and hygiene standardsBenefits3 years Contract, if performance good renewed for another 3 years.In-case contract is renewed, then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years.Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (India-Fiji-India) free of cost every 3 years.Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5,000 per month.Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days, Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
