A world of wonder awaits you.About the jobThe AI Foundry Local Team Coordinator is responsible coordinating and managing the AI Foundry agenda and the team. AI Foundry Team is part of the AI Center of Excellence and actively interact with the Sales and Operation central and local teams.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Build and lead a high-performing AI DevOps of the AI FoundryClosely coordinate with AI Center of Extelligence to define the development roadmap and project portfolio in the S&OP area.Lead AI DevOps activities and projects, coordinating the AI Foundry team to move experimental projects or solutions to production, including development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance and support.Define detailed documentation requirements to standardize the engineering process of AI models.Align on state-of-the-art AI DevOps methodologies to be adopted.Manage and mentor other members of the AI FoundryAlign with Sales and Operations team on business priorities and AI adoption opportunities within the existing process.About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:University degree/ Education, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics or similarMinimum +5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international settingProven track record of team management and complex delivery projects experience, with focus on DevOps and AI expertiseExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent English proficiency, presentation and communication skillsStrong knowledge of DevOps frameworks, AI techniques and solutions, software development and cloud architectureGood knowledge of Google Cloud platformExperience in the Sales and operation areas, with knowledge of processes and solutionsAbout SwarovskiMasters of Light Since 1895Swarovski creates beautiful crystals-based products of impeccable quality and craftsmanship that bring joy and celebrate individuality.Founded in 1895 in Austria, the company designs, manufactures and sells the world's finest crystals, gemstones, Swarovski Created Diamonds and zirconia, jewelry, and accessories, as well as objects and home accessories.
