Job description RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives. • Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance and support. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. • Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the company. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. • Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations and company policies. • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. QUALIFICATIONS • Any bachelor's degree or 12th Passed. • 3+ years of sales experience in selling Home loan, Loan Against Properties, Mortgage loans. • Experience in the financial services sector, preferably within an NBFC or banks or Direct Selling Agents. • Contacts with Auditors, CAs , Real estate Consultants , Connectors , Builders. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client base. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
