Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Support the manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining efficient workflow
- Assist in training and supervising staff members to ensure they perform their duties effectively
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions
- Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to enhance their skills and productivity
- Assist in organizing promotional activities and events to drive customer engagement and boost sales
Process- International Chat (Customer Service)
Need Graduate with overall 9+ years of experience in international chat process with minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager.
Must have handed large team size.
Must be aware about all KPIs.
Must be ok night shift.
Both side cabs
Salary – up-to 16 LPA + Variable up-to 3 LPA
Week off – Rotational shift
5 days working
Note that currently working as a team leader are not eligible.
