If you're someone who enjoys solving real-world infrastructure challenges and thrives in fast-paced, production-critical setups—we’d love to work with youRequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles managing production-grade systemsImplement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Azure DevOpsStrong expertise in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Linux, and network securityManage, monitor, and optimize distributed databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, cloud-native databases)Define and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormationDemonstrate deep expertise in Linux internals, kernel tuning, scripting (Bash/Python), and networkingDesign and implement resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure to support high-traffic applicationsArchitect solutions for high availability, cost-efficiency, and performance optimization at enterprise scaleIntegrate and operate across multi-cloud or hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, on-prem)Design and maintain ETL/serverless data pipelines using Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, Lambda, and TalendOptimize data pipeline reliability, scheduling, error handling, and CI/CD integrationImplement infrastructure-level security controls (CIS hardening, IAM, encryption, firewall rules)Practical experience with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, and internal auditsBuild and maintain observability systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, Datadog, CloudWatch)Manage networking stacks (iptables, routing, DNS, SSL, load balancing) and Linux server securityAutomate provisioning, patching, config management, and multi-stage deploymentsManage access control and identity integration with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra IDProvide mentorship and technical leadership to junior DevOps engineers and interns through code reviews, technical sessions, and team-wide knowledge-sharing initiativesPreferred certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, RHCE, or equivalentExperience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, ECS, or Docker SwarmBenefitsWe don’t just hire employees—we invest in people.
