The key responsibilities and qualifications for this position include:Key Responsibilities:New Product Development: Design and develop paint formulations tailored to customer specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Formulation Optimization: Enhance existing formulations to improve performance, reduce costs, and promote sustainability. Testing and Evaluation: Conduct laboratory and field tests to assess paint performance, durability, and adherence to industry standards. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with customer requirements. Technical Support: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the successful application of products. Production Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing teams to facilitate the scale-up of formulations from laboratory to full production, ensuring efficient and smooth operations. Key Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Paint Technology, Polymer Technology, or a related field.
