IT Head

We are looking for a strategic and visionary IT Head to lead the end-to-end SAP S4 HANA ERP transformation for a leading manufacturing organization. This is a rare leadership opportunity to architect and implement a Greenfield SAP S4 HANA solution, building the company's future-ready digital backbone.

In this role, you will oversee MRP, production planning & scheduling, logistics, and finance processes within SAP, ensuring seamless integration across all business units. You'll bring in-depth expertise in SAP business processes and integration, with the ability to leverage modules like Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Finance. Experience managing vendor partners, applying SAP Activate methodology, and leading change management initiatives will be critical.

Beyond SAP, you will design and deploy scalable, secure, and compliant IT infrastructure to support business growth. You will ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and the IT Act, while safeguarding data and driving cybersecurity best practices.

As a leader, you will build and mentor a high-performing IT team skilled in SAP and infrastructure management, upskilling staff to embrace emerging technologies such as AI/ML, data analytics, and advanced reporting tools. You will foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your responsibilities will also include setting IT governance frameworks, defining SOPs and security protocols, managing IT budgets, and aligning IT strategy with the company's business objectives. Working closely with senior leadership across operations, finance, HR, and production, you will use technology to deliver actionable, data-driven insights that fuel strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements:

15+ years in SAP, with at least 1 Greenfield S4 HANA implementation in manufacturing.

Strong expertise in SAP business processes, integration, and project management.

Proven track record in IT infrastructure design, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.

Hands-on experience with IT governance, compliance, and risk management.

Exposure to AI/ML, analytics, and dashboard reporting tools (preferred).

Leadership excellence in building, mentoring, and managing diverse technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics; MBA in IT/Operations preferred.

Certifications in PMP, ITIL, or SAP (preferred).
