Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our Technical Business Development efforts in India and South East Asia. You will be responsible for securing new projects by leveraging your expertise in detailed design engineering, project management, and technical review processes.

Carry out technical feasibility, initial costing (Capex & Opex), concept design in coordination with Global offices as well Assist in preparation of initial techno-commercial offer to client, preliminary design and the final scope of work, in coordination with the design consultant and gobal teams Supervise detailed design of HVAC projects in coordination Review of PFDs, PIDs, MSDs, Data sheets prepared by the consultant. Commenting/review on the same for completeness Review technical specifications for Equipment/EPC/EPCM Package Review of specifications from Consultant / Client / PMC Coordination with internal stakeholders, Clients / PMC, Bidders / Vendors Review of Equipment DS/Engineering drawings, RFQs prepared by consultant

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in District Cooling, HVAC, or MEP engineering. Proven experience in technical business development and securing new projects. Strong understanding of detailed design engineering principles and practices. Expertise in reviewing and interpreting PFs, PIDs, and MSDs. Experience in reviewing and evaluating EPC contracts and equipment specifications. Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
