Job Description Job description Interact with Designers to understand project requirements. Collect Drawings & Production details from designers 24 hrs. before Kick Off to study. Technically check drawings with respect to site condition and recommend changes. Analyze drawings & clear all projects related doubts with Designer. Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work to Planner. Assign the right resources for the project installation & ensure all carpenters/installers are well equipped with the safety tools & required materials to have accident free procedures at site. Ensure all carpenters/installers are wearing uniforms, ID cards & follow office timings. Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project. Monitor installation work regularly & daily update it to all stakeholders. In case of any deviations in measurement or changes by the client, additional cost approval should be obtained Planning Team/ SIRI Head/ Ops Head. Further analysis with TL Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism. Adherence to System & Process from time to time. Develop good rapport with Customers & update work status simultaneously to both internal Team & Customers. Interaction with the client for satisfactory project completion. Handling the grievances of workers amicably jointly with Team Leader Ensure that unused materials are returned to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project & update report to TL/Planner/Warehouse in charge. After completion of the projects take Quality Inspection and post resolving all issues proceed to handover. Ensure manpower is planned and utilized as per budget. Weekly communication to stakeholders is very IMPORTANT. Any delay in project at any stage needs to be informed to client via mail only ,with a minimum of 5 days notice period.
