Job Description
Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and MIS functionsCollaborate with department heads to build their annual budgets and forecastsPresent monthly and quarterly budget vs. actual analysis to senior managementEngage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the companySupport the Accounting & Finance Department with special projects and work flow process improvementsEnsure that company financial records are maintained in compliance with company policiesReview and ensure application of appropriate internal controls and financial proceduresAlign financial policy and procedure with company's strategic visionThe Successful Applicant
A successful Budgeting and MIS candidate should have:
A qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience.Proven experience in a similar role in the Industrial / Manufacturing sectorExcellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial staffA strategic mindset with the ability to make sound financial decisionsProficiency in financial software and MS Office-
