Job OverviewWe are seeking a proficient Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer at our Mumbai location. This mid-level role requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist in financial documentation and reporting, ensuring smooth operations.


  • Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in providing administrative support to senior management.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with Calendar Management Software (Mandatory skill) to efficiently organize meetings and appointments.
  • Familiarity with Financial Reporting Tools (Mandatory skill) to assist in preparing accurate reports.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interact with internal and external partners.
  • Knowledge of Virtual Meeting Platforms for scheduling and conducting online meetings.
  • Experience with Travel Coordination Software to organize and manage travel plans.
  • Proficiency in Expense Management Systems to oversee financial transactions and expenses.
  • Capability in using Document Management Systems to organize and maintain important files and records.


  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and assist in managing the CFO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute financial reports and documents following the CFO's guidance.
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate communication between the CFO and stakeholders, ensuring information flow.
  • Support the preparation and organization of meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in managing expense reports and financial tracking for the department.
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of administrative processes for better efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the financial department's smooth functioning.
