Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a solid understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, IT Infrastucture and experience managing cross-functional teams. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of AI projects by aligning business objectives with technological advancements. Tasks: Delivery Management: Lead and coordinate AI-driven initiatives. In guidance from Corporate IT global PMO team, the selected candidate will work on projects and programs in the context of Corporate IT Infrastructure i.e. Server, Datacenter & Collaboration tools and/or Corporate IT Applications – SAP portfolio, Non-SAP / custom or ‘home-grown’ applications and deliver as per agreed scope . Able to work with diverse cultured , technically strong and expert/architect grade team members and ensuring deliverable are met. A true “go getter” and result oriented delivery focused approach centric accountable person. Stay updated on AI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within projects. Domain Expertise: Proven Expertise in managing large, complex (short & long term) projects and programs. Experienced in Prince2 and/or PMP methodologies for project & program management. Good understanding of both Waterfall & Agile methodology of projects delivery. Leadership qualification in managing international and virtual project teams Good understanding of Change Management, Incident Management and other ITIL process Knowledge of cloud technologies, sound knowledge of IT Infrastructure projects (Implementation, Migration etc.) Delivery Framework & processes. ITIL Awareness Prior experience of leading Transformation Projects involving Datacenter/Cloud Migration or DC Refresh Projects or IT Application software projects Financial Management: Define, develops and leads the program/project’s financial objectives and prepares budget expectations ; monitoring expenditures viz. resources, licenses etc. and lead through the execution with prudence. Analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions and work to optimizes approach as per requirements. Risk and Compliance Management: Proactively identifying and propose risk mitigation plan and solutions Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for risk mitigation and contingency planning. Technical know-how (mandatory): Knowledge of PM tools like MS Project, Excel and SW project management/tools methodologies IT infrastructure and installation and LAN/WAN topologies experience will be an added advantage. Education & Trainings + Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering. PMP and/or PRINCE 2 certification ITIL cert Experience with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with AI/ML development tools and platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
