Job Description

Design, develop, and deliver Oracle reports as per business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting requirements.Perform data analysis and create complex SQL queries.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and reporting.Deliver presentations and training to business users on reporting tools.Manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.Optimize performance of reports and resolve any issues as they arise.Develop and execute a reporting strategy for Oracle Fusion.Design, customize, and optimize reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and other tools.Integrate external reporting solutions (, Qlik Sense, SAP Business Objects, FAW).Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting with business needs.Provide user training, enforce security, and drive process improvements.Stay updated on Oracle Fusion advancements and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Oracle Reporting Lead should have:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.12+ Years of Experience: More than 12 years in Oracle Applications, including at least 3-4 years in Oracle Cloud Reporting.Experience with Data Warehouses: Proficiency in working with Data Lakes and Data Warehouses.Oracle Fusion Reporting: Expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, and analytics tools.SQL & Data Modeling: Strong SQL skills, knowledge of Fusion data structures, ETL tools, and data warehousing.Reporting Tools: Experience with FAW, Qlik Sense, SAP Business Objects, and related platforms.Problem-Solving: Ability to interpret business needs, troubleshoot data issues, and optimize reports.Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.Project Management: Ability to manage reporting projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
