Job SummaryWe are currently hiring an experienced and result-orientedAssistant Manager – Industrial & Infrastructure (I&I) Segmentto lead and drive sales growth for ourflooring range of products. This role involves strategic business development through strong engagement withchannel partners,industry clients, andinfrastructure customers, while ensuring achievement of sales and collection targets. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact between the company and the market, working closely with the reporting manager to implement effective sales and marketing strategies and ensure long-term customer relationships.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesDrivesales and collection targetsfor the flooring product portfolio within the I&I segment.Identify, onboard, and managechannel partners and direct clientsin the industrial and infrastructure sectors.Establish and maintain a strongindustry networkto support business expansion and lead generation.Conduct client visits to understand requirements, present solutions, and close business deals.Collaborate closely with thereporting managerto plan and execute sales strategies and market development activities.Monitor and ensuretimely collectionsfrom customers and adherence to credit policies.Analyse market trends and provide insights oncompetitor activitiesand customer preferences.Maintain up-to-date documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM tools.Coordinate with internal teams to ensureseamless delivery, service, and post-sales support.Support execution ofmarketing initiatives, product demonstrations, and participation in trade shows and industry forums.
