Job Description Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales. Work closely with top-tier management to develop and grow customer-centric brands. Have a clear understanding of the 4Ps: Product, Price, Place, Promotions. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences. Manage the marketing budget for maximum impact and ROI. Implement advertising and promotion strategies across ATL, BTL, and digital channels. Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand engagement. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media outlets for positive brand coverage. Strategize and execute brand photo shoots and other creative campaigns. Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to enhance retention. Monitor, analyze, and track sales performance across all channels. Collaborate with marketplace managers and other internal departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts. Stay updated with latest marketing trends and technologies in the cosmetics and fragrance industry. Manage relationships with marketing agencies to ensure planned outcomes and impact measurement. Execute experiential marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
