Key requirements for SNOW HR Developer(SNOW Architect )

Senior developer skill set

Lead/Architect level ServiceNow developer

Experience implementing HR application in ServiceNow

Ability to work independently; identifying tasks needed to complete requirements/objectives·

Experience reviewing other developers' work; identifying risks and providing feedback

Experience with scoped applications

Ability to document requirement (stories)
