Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary : We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Caller to contribute to generating sales by reaching out to potential or existing customers over the phone. You will be responsible for influencing customers to buy products or services by following a prepared script and maintaining positive relationships. An ideal candidate is persuasive, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally while keeping a positive attitude.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products or services.Follow a script to pitch products or services, addressing any questions or concerns.Listen to customers' requirements and offer solutions based on their needs.Generate leads and schedule appointments for follow-up.Update CRM software with customer information, notes, and sales progress.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and product teams to improve the offering.Requirements:Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and remain resilient.Strong listening skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a bonus.What We Offer:Competitive salary plus commission/bonuses.Opportunities for growth within the sales team.Training and mentorship to help you succeed.
