JOB DETAILS
Require a Security Engineer with deep experience engineering, administering, and troubleshooting problems in, Symantec SEP, Symantec Endpoint Security (ENS), McAfee Endpoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP), McAfee Whole and File & Folder Encryption, McAfee MOVE to Assist with Symantec, Trend Micro Endpoint Protection and Prevention programs in operations, maintenance, upgrading, and troubleshooting.Experience- 5-7 Years
Roles And Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot agent communication issues between endpoints. Troubleshoot Symantec software issues.
Help Upgrade Data Loss Prevention Endpoint software, and troubleshoot problems associated with the upgrade.
Help Troubleshoot Problems Experienced By System Owners.
Providing assistance to the individual(s) responsible for the network security function.
Help troubleshoot all issues on virus infections / prevention
Help troubleshoot all issues related to signature downloading or updating
Help troubleshoot all issues on virus infections prevention
Prepare and provide weekly report out from the Symantec AV server.
Configure McAfee and Symantec AV policies on the server and apply it onto every type of clients.
Maintain the Symantec environment on current version levels.
Assist with managing Symantec SEP environment. SEP is on critical medical devices due to the non-support of McAfee per vendor requirements.
Assist in the creation of process and procedure documentation.
Assist in the creation and delivery of training on supported platforms to Service Desk and Desktop Support Personnel.
