Job Summary:*Ground staff are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of airline or airport activities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining safety and security protocols.*Key Responsibilities:*1. *Passenger Services*: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and special requests.2. *Baggage Handling*: Manage baggage check-in, sorting, loading, and unloading.3. *Customer Service*: Provide information, resolve issues, and ensure passenger satisfaction.4. *Flight Operations*: Coordinate with pilots, air traffic control, and other teams.5. *Safety and Security*: Ensure compliance with airport regulations, safety standards, and security protocols.*Tasks:*1. Check-in and issue boarding passes.2. Handle passenger documentation and baggage claims.3. Assist passengers with disabilities or special needs.4. Manage baggage sorting, loading, and unloading.5.
