JOB DETAILS One of our clients, a reputed medicine manufacturing company, is looking out for a Senior Production Manager as per the job description below: 1. Handling regulatory audits like USFDA, EU-GMP, MHRA, PIC's, TGA, ANVISA and WHO. 2. Handled project stage Manufacturing activity. 3. To plan and approve the qualification/ validation documents and activity of area, equipment and product. 4. To Evaluate Risk assessment of equipment and Process during/ after qualification activity. 5. To ensure and conduct optimization of all product process parameter. 6. To update and provide/ensure the training of changes in pharmacopeia, regulatory guidelines and observation of regulatory inspection faced by other organization. 7. To review technical investigation, Risk assessment and its management by ensuring appropriate CAPA. 8. Man power management and people development. 9. To plan day to day manufacturing activities with communication of commercial team to meet financial targets. 10. To co-ordinate with different area Manage/in-charge for day to day activity. 11. To co-ordinate with Quality assurance team to develop and implement cGMP culture at work place. 12. To provide all effort to maximize the operational output with maintain the quality system.
