We specialize in site sales, plot deals, and tie-ups with local developers. We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Field Executive to join our team.---Key Responsibilities:Visit project sites, free-hand properties, and dealer locations regularly.Meet with property owners, local dealers, and potential clients.Conduct site surveys and collect accurate data (photos, videos, dimensions, documents).Coordinate and assist during client site visits.Follow up with leads generated by the office and convert them into sales.Distribute marketing materials in target areas (flyers, pamphlets, etc.).Report daily activities through Google Sheets or company CRM.Maintain good relationships with dealers and local brokers.Assist in documentation and deal closures when required.---Requirements:Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferredBasic knowledge of real estate and property documentationGood communication and negotiation skillsComfortable with outdoor work and field visitsOwn two-wheeler and smartphone (mandatory)Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps, and mobile photography---Preferred Qualities:Prior experience in sales or real estate field workHonest, punctual, and target-orientedLocal knowledge of Lucknow areas and real estate hotspots---To Apply:Send your resume on WhatsApp at +
