Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for talent acquisition, strong networking skills, and a drive to deliver exceptional hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract high-quality candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals.

✅ Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

✅ Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.

✅ End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.

✅ Negotiation & Offer Management: Facilitate salary discussions and job offer finalization between candidates and clients.

✅ Database & ATS Management: Maintain an organized and updated candidate database within the applicant tracking system.

✅ Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

✅ Business Development: Build and nurture client relationships to drive new hiring opportunities.

✅ Candidate Engagement: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔ Experience: 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment.

✔ Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Negotiation skills and client management experience.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
