Job description Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Managing the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing and onboarding of new employees. Coordinating with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications. Preparing job descriptions, job offers, and conducting reference checks. Employee Relations: Fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Organizing employee engagement activities, workshops, and training programs. HR Administration: Maintaining employee records and updating databases (personal data, job status, etc.). Ensuring timely processing of employee attendance, leave management, and payroll assistance. Coordinating performance appraisals and providing support for the training and development of employees. Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring all HR activities comply with legal and company policies. Preparing HR-related reports and documentation as required by management. Other HR Functions: Supporting the HR Manager in day-to-day operations. Conducting exit interviews and managing employee separation processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in HR or related roles is a plus. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficient in MS Office and HR software (preferably).
