We are currently seeking Retail Associates to join our dynamic team.Job Responsibilities:Customer ServiceUphold grooming standardsWarmly welcome and greet every customerUtilize standard phrases when interacting with customersIntroduce yourself and offer a shopping bag to every customerGuide customers to find the right products within the storeAssist customers as neededCommunicate product range, style, new innovations, and store promotions/offers to customersGather and share customer/merchandise feedback with DMsTarget AchievementMeet set sales targetsUtilize selling techniques to increase basket sizeAdhere to retail standardsResponsible for displaying received stocksFold garments and stack them appropriatelyCube sizes and use hangers correctlyEnsure all merchandise has barcodesMaintain a carton-free floorAdhere to plan-o-gramMaintain displays, props, and signage acrylics as per the VM guidelinesContribute to shrinkage control through the recovery of merchandise from trial rooms and cash countersRequirementsMinimum 12th passAge between 18 and 28 yearsBoth male and female candidates can apply6 days working (week off between Monday to Thursday, any day)We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
