Collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine Sushi Chef and other culinary team members is essential to enhance the overall dining experience. Sushi Expertise: Prepare and present a variety of sushi and sashimi, including nigiri, maki, and temaki, utilizing authentic techniques and ingredients. Demonstrate proficiency in the selection and handling of seafood, rice preparation, and the use of specialized sushi tools. Familiarization with omakase dining format and service.Culinary Execution: Follow established recipes and sushi standards to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served. Create visually appealing presentations that reflect the artistry of sushi making. Guest Experience Focus:Contribute to a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations by delivering high-quality, beautifully presented sushi. Engage with guests to share knowledge about sushi, enhancing their dining experience and fostering appreciation for the cuisine. Operational Support: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi station, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
