Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms Meet and assist potential customers for site visits and property tours Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties Negotiate and close deals effectively Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and build strong client relationships Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and customer support Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets Knowledge of the Trivandrum real estate market is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
