JD - Staff Nurse
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Assess patients' conditions and vital signs. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and assisting with mobility. Medical Procedures: Assist in medical examinations and procedures.Perform IV insertions, catheterization, and other required procedures.Handle emergency situations and provide first aid as needed.3. Monitoring and Documentation:_
Monitor and record patient progress, symptoms, and changes in condition. Maintain accurate and updated patient records. Report critical changes to physicians and senior nursing staff. Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other medical professionals.Educate patients and their families about post-care treatment and lifestyle modifications.Address patient concerns and provide emotional support. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to hospital policies, hygiene, and infection control protocols.Comply with medical ethics and legal nursing standards.Maintain cleanliness and sterility in work areas and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing, GNM) Certification: Valid Nursing License / Registration with Nursing Council Experience: 0-5 years (Freshers may be considered) Skills Required: Strong clinical knowledge and practical skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to handle stressful situations and multitaskINTERESTED CANDIDATES CAN CONTACT
