Opportunity to work with a leading Global Tyre manufacturing companyStable work Environment and growth opportunitiesAbout Our ClientOne of the leading global manufacturers and distributors of automotive tires, batteries, and lubricantsJob DescriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.5+ years of experience in IT management or systems administration.Proficient in Odoo ERP administration and customization.Advanced knowledge of Power BI and data visualization techniques.Strong experience in server security, firewalls, networking, and backups.Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu servers, PostgreSQL, and open-source platforms is a plus.Project management and vendor coordination experience.The Successful ApplicantKey Responsibilities:IT Infrastructure & SecurityManage and maintain company servers, firewalls, and network systems.Ensure IT infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable.Implement and monitor cybersecurity best practices (firewalls, patching, backups, endpoint protection).Perform regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management.ERP System (Odoo)Oversee the administration, customization, and support of Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Inventory, Finance, HR, etc.).Collaborate with departments to improve ERP workflows and reporting.Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues; coordinate with vendors when necessary.Lead upgrades, migrations, and ERP integration projects.Business Intelligence (Power BI)Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support key business metrics.Integrate data from ERP, CRM, and other platforms for centralized reporting.Work with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.Automate routine reports and data visualizations.Team Leadership & SupportLead a small IT team and ensure efficient daily support.Provide training to staff on IT tools, systems, and best practices.Manage IT projects from planning through execution.Ensure timely response to IT tickets and technical support queries.
