JOB DETAILS
This job plays an important role of reaching out to prospective clients who want to start new dairy farms or those who have problems in their existing dairy farms. The purpose is aligned with the overall goal of the company which is to improve the income of dairy farmers by helping them implement scientific management practices in their farms.
Your job as a Tele Sales Executive is to make outbound calls to prospective clients, understand their needs and sell our services.
Use the CRM and send communication material to prospects Educate prospective customers about importance of scientific
management practices through tele calling
Make presentations to farmer groups through online webinars
Generate leads for live sessions on dairy entrepreneurship
Convert incoming leads into sales as per target set by the company
Update the database of customers using the CRM
Any other responsibility related to D2C tele sales
