Role and Responsibilities:

Create and implement the curriculum for selected programsfrom abovefor the job readiness of College students.
Effective use of instructional strategies and formativeand summative assessments to improve learning outcomes of students
To prepare daily, weekly and monthly plans and activitiesto ensure timely completion of desired learning objectives outlined in theproject
Training the students and empowering them to apply andfeel confident in using their learned skills
Reach out and partner with other organizations, corporatepeople, and groups to identify/create job opportunities for students. Provide periodic reports to the management on theprogress and outcomes
To participate in the capacity-building programs as perthe project design. Taking care of Bhumi processes (MIS, LMS and others) 

Educational Qualification/Experience:  

Graduation in any stream and certification and 2 or 3years of working experience in specificprogram or stream
Experience in training youth in their career andpersonality development.

Knowledge & Skill sets required:

Strong technical aptitude in their field of expertise
Good communication skills in English (verbal, written andoral).
Curriculum creation, delivery, and classroom managementskills for handling students
Experience in teaching/training college students
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team,and with all levels of staff, volunteers, communities, other organizations, andcorporate people
Ability to learn about, commit to, and educate others onprogram's mission and goals.
