With a strong presence in the market, the company offers opportunities to work on impactful projects and foster professional growth.Job DescriptionLead financial modelling and valuation analysis for M&A opportunities.Coordinate due diligence processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to structure and negotiate deals.Prepare detailed presentations and reports for senior management and investors.Monitor market trends to identify potential acquisition opportunities in the property sector.Support the integration of acquired entities into the organisation's portfolio.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting related to Investment activities.Work closely with the accounting and finance department to streamline processes.The Successful ApplicantA successful M&A professional should have:A degree in CA/MBA/CFA.Proven experience in financial modelling and deal structuring.In-depth knowledge of mergers and acquisitions in the real estate development industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the property sector.The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
