One of our clients, a reputed EPC contracting company based in Chennai, working for power generation plants, is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer.Some of the core responsibilities include developing electrical systems, creating documentation, and providing inputs to electrical system manufacturing.
Key Skills:
1. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
2. Detail-oriented time manager with the ability to meet deadlines and focus on project schedules.
3. Should be able to adhere to project management guidelines and processes from scheduling to meeting deadlines.
4. Organizational, leadership, and creative skills.
5. Knowledge of electrical codes In the design and manufacture of electrical systems.
6. CAD software
Responsibilities:
1. Designing and laying out new electrical systems
2. Creating system models and simulations
3. Testing new systems and making design changes if needed
4. Producing necessary design reports and documentation
5. Assisting in the manufacture of new electrical systems
