Opportunity to lead the Modern Trade and Quick Com verticalOpportunity to work directly with the FoundersAbout Our ClientOur client is an exciting food and beverage startup currently clocking INR 50 cr ARR and is on track to clock INR 500 Cr in the next 2-3 yearsJob DescriptionDevelop and implement sales strategies for modern trade (MT) and quick-commerce channels.Manage relationships with key accounts to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product availability and delivery.Monitor and achieve sales targets and profitability goals within assigned channels.Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and skill development.The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should have:Should have minimum of 8+ years of industry experience postVery strong experience in Modern Trade and Quick Commerce key account ManagementLeading JBPs, TOTs and driving strategic initiatives for key accountsStrong relations with key accounts like Reliance Retail, Dmart, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart etc.
