Candidate have to take care of sending quotation to the existing leads, handling customer query through telephonic, What's app, mail.Discussion about the product, price and give proper information for the same.
Handling existing customer, sending Proforma invoice, coordination with production and logistics teams for the order execution, account department for the Proforma invoice.
Taking follow up for the payment, sending company profile for new lead generation through mails, what's app.
Maintaining long lasting relationship with existing and new customer. Candidate have to take care of sending quotation to the existing leads, handling customer query through telephonic, What's app, mail.
