
Client Manager – TeamLease Services

Job Summary:
The Client Manager is responsible for managing and growing client relationships in the staffing industry. This role involves understanding client needs, delivering workforce solutions, ensuring high service levels, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
● Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring needs and business challenges.
● Address client concerns and provide proactive solutions.
● Strong relationship and periodical connect with client stakeholders. Business Development & Revenue Growth:
● Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
● Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling staffing solutions.
● Collaborate with sales teams to acquire new clients and drive business growth.
● 50% of time to be spent with growth accounts and top 10 maintenance accounts.
Service Delivery & Operations:
● Ensure timely and effective delivery of staffing solutions as per client requirements.
● Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to fulfill client hiring needs.
● Monitor key performance metrics and ensure high service levels.
● Resolve service-related issues and escalate as necessary.
● Maintaining, tracking and closure on the service issues.
● Execution and monitoring of agreed deliverables in the contract. Market & Industry Insights:
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client business changes.
● Forecasting accuracy on erosion, project closures, any probable contract breach.
● Provide clients with insights and workforce solutions aligned with market demands.
● Conduct research and analysis to identify staffing trends and opportunities. Collaboration & Reporting:
● Coordinate with internal teams (sales, recruitment, HR, and finance) to ensure seamless client service.
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and service agreements.
● Provide regular reports on account performance, revenue growth, and client feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
● 2 – 6 years of experience in client management, account management, or sales within the staffing industry.
● Strong understanding of recruitment and workforce solutions.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
● Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
● Prior experience managing high-value accounts.
