TRS is offering an exciting opportunity to work with a leading oil & gas technology licensor. The client provides a complete range of solutions for the conversion of oil and biomass to cleaner fuels, the production and purification of major petrochemical intermediates, the chemical recycling of plastics, all-natural gas treatment and conversion options along with water treatment and carbon capture. The offer includes technologies, equipment, furnaces, modular units, catalysts, adsorbents and related services. In the E & I Department you will work on detailed engineering projects and modular unit project development for customers.
You will be part of the core team, as a Senior Engineer attached to the Global Design Centre in Mumbai. 

MAIN MISSION Core functional competencies will be: Preparation and Review of Datasheets, Specifications, Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation, and Review of Vendor Documents of Electrical like Motors, VFDs, Transformers, DG, UPS, Switchgears, lighting fixtures, Small power & welding socket outlets, JBs, Aviation Warning Lights, Lighting & Power panels, Local Control stations, Electrical Heat tracing, Power Distribution boards, Lighting & Earthing cables, Power & Control Cables, Bulk material (Cable glands, Lugs, Lighting poles, Cable trays etc.) Designing of electrical equipment including calculations like Transformer sizing, DG sizing, UPS sizing, Capacitor sizing, NGR sizing, cable sizing, SKM/ETAP calculations for Load Flow, Short circuit and Motorstarting. Knowledge of Relay co-ordination studies Preparation and checking of key and detail single line diagrams, control schematics and layouts like Substation layout, power/cable routing layouts, lighting layouts, earthing layouts, lightning protection layouts till construction stage, MTO estimation. Knowledge of preparation of Hazardous area classification layouts. Hands on experience in Quality audits, site surveys, Factory acceptance tests at Vendor's works, installation and testing at site, pre-commissioning checks at site. Knowledge of International Standards (e.g. API, ISA, IEC, ISO etc) Familiarity with DIALUX, ETAP, AUTOCAD, PDS, SP3D, PDMS QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Recognized University 12-15 years of experience. Preferably should have also worked in Refining and Petrochemical Projects for more than 10 years. Candidate with design experience from reputed Engineering companies with at least 2 jobs as Lead Engineer Good communications and man management skills
