JOB DETAILS

1 Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all production areas, including equipment, machinery, walls, floors and ceilings. 
2 Cleans up excess meat on floor by using squeegee or shovel; hoses down equipment and machinery with hot water hoses; applies foam to all surfaces in production areas; scrubs equipment and machinery; rinses foam from equipment and machinery; applies sanitizer and oil/air mixture to all surfaces; reads and understands chemical warnings; vacuums office area; mops floor of laboratory and break room; cleans receiving dock; cleans restrooms and restocks bathroom supplies; inspects own and others work; removes snow from CO2 machines; carries waste outside to trash bins; denatures inedible combos; disassembles equipment for cleaning purposes; reassembles equipment.

3 Operated and maintained floor buffer, pads and liquids.

4 Assembled, and dismantled sanitized machines and processing equipment.

5 Cleaned bathrooms, offices, and break rooms used for production workers.

6 Completed checklists and documents for assigned work area on a daily basis

7 Performed extra task handed over by Supervisor.

8 Demonstrated ability of picking up loose trash and materials

9 Prepared and handled sanitation equipment

10 Relied on instructions and pre-established procedures to carry out the functions of the job
