Ensure Audit and Compliance - Based on Internal and Concurrent audit conducted and Report submitted Maintain PSL Accuracy at product level. Review Renewal and Pendency - Timely inspection and Monitoring of accounts Implement Process improvement, Training, Special assignment, policy feedback, vendor management, participation in pilot runs/testing etc. Ensure support provided to Existing CPC Take Feedback from CO team and Zonal Credit Manager/National Credit Manager for Job enrichment and training initiative and provide support to new locations and products. Take Feedback from Head Credit - SBB and Other stake holders will be the source.
