Job Description
Lead the technology team in developing and implementing the lending platform.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Drive innovation and process improvement within the technology team.Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of the lending platform.Manage technology budgets and timelines.Develop strategies for technology adoption and implementation.Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance.Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate them into operations as needed.The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Tech Head - Lending' should have:
A strong background in technology and telecoms, preferably in the Internet sector.Proven experience leading a technology team.In-depth knowledge of lending platforms and financial technologies.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.-
