Job Description


CNR EdTech is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Global Recruitment Interns. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment field, working closely with our HR team to support global recruitment activities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job posting, resume screening, and candidate coordination.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.
  • Support the team in organizing and coordinating recruitment events.
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment reports using MS Excel.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives.


Requirements


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Excel; ability to create and manage spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
